Saint Lucia’s best ever showing at a Pan American Games came during the just concluded 18th Games in the Peruvian capital Lima. Levern Spencer became a double female high jump champion copping her second successive gold medal at these Games while Javelin thrower Albert Reynolds hurled his implement to a personal best 82.19 metres to secure the bronze medal.
